We build software the way we would want ours built
An AI development company with four offices, one review process, and a rule we have kept since 2014: no junior ships alone.
01—Our story
Twelve years of building software with ambitious teams
We are not an agency that scales by hiring faster than it can review. We scale by refusing to.
Kodertal started in 2014 with four engineers and one contract, on a rule that has not changed since: no junior ships alone. Everything we build goes out under a senior name.
That rule is expensive. It is also why our clients stay: the team that wins your project is the team that builds it, and the people who built it are still here when you come back.
Today we are four offices running one review process. A client cannot tell which of them built their product, and that is exactly the point.
We have never shipped a team we would not put on our own product.
Every review below is from a client who worked with this team directly.

Kodertal can truly add value to your business.
I hired KoderTal to build a private AI assistant integrated with Airtable for a prop-tech platform and the results have been incredible. Their team stays on top of priorities/deadlines and they're always open to discussing ideas and solutions before moving forward. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable, communicative dev team.

Strong Team!
My project with the Kodertal development team left me impressed by both the breadth and depth of their technical expertise. They are highly adaptable, able to meet evolving requirements not only through strong development skills, but also through thoughtful evolution of the software architecture as the project grew in complexity.

Trusted development proven over 2 years.
I’ve worked with Mubeen and his team for over two years, and it’s been the best development experience I’ve ever had. After dealing with unreliable developers who created problems for my business, I finally found a team I can trust. They communicate well, work within a startup-friendly budget, and consistently make sure the job gets done right.

I’m impressed by KoderTal’s responsiveness and clean codebase.
KoderTal's efforts have yielded a production-ready SaaS platform for custom content generation. The team does excellent work and saves the client six months of development work. Moreover, KoderTal has delivered on time and suggested ideas beyond the scope to enhance UX and save time on development.

What if the assessment says do not build?
That is a successful assessment, and it happens. You have spent two to four weeks instead of two quarters, and you usually leave with something more useful: which data to start capturing, or a rules-based approach that gets most of the value now. We would rather tell you early than bill you for a model that cannot work.
How is a copilot different from a chatbot?
A chatbot is a conversation you go to; a copilot is help that comes to you. The copilot already knows the record you are on and what you are permitted to see, and it proposes actions you accept in place. Practically, the difference shows up in acceptance rate, copilots are used because they cost the user nothing to try.
How is this different from your AI Consulting service?
AI Consulting covers the whole AI surface, machine learning, automation, integration. This one is narrower and deeper on generative AI specifically: prompt and model economics, disclosure and retention policy, hallucination risk, and the pilot design that settles whether to go further. Teams who already know they want GenAI start here.
How do you stop it making things up?
Grounding plus citations. Answers are drawn from your own content with the source attached, and the assistant is built to say it does not know rather than to fill the gap. Anything unanswered is logged and reported, so the fix is a content change you can see the need for.
Can you work with our legacy systems?
Usually, yes, and it is most of what integration work actually is. Where an API exists we use it; where one does not we build a thin service in front rather than letting the AI reach into a database it does not understand. The audit tells you which of those you are dealing with before anyone commits to a timeline.
Can you take over an existing MVP?
Often, and it is a common starting point. We begin with an audit of tenancy, permissions and data model, because those three decide whether the codebase can be extended or should be replaced in slices. You get that answer in writing before committing to a build.
Is it cheaper to start over?
Sometimes, and the audit answers it honestly. The deciding factors are usually whether the data model is sound and whether authorisation can be centralised, if both are salvageable, incremental refactoring is almost always cheaper and far less risky, because you keep shipping. If they are not, we will say replace, and scope it in slices rather than as a big-bang rewrite.
Cross-platform or native?
It depends on what the app has to do, and we argue it from your requirements rather than a default. Cross-platform wins for most business and content apps and roughly halves the cost. Native wins where you need deep platform integration, heavy graphics, background processing or the newest OS features on day one. We put the trade-off in writing during discovery so the choice is yours.
How do you protect privileged material?
The retrieval layer enforces access using the permissions your document system already holds, so it never surfaces a document a user cannot open. We test matter separation and ethical walls explicitly before launch, and the system logs every query for audit.
Will this work inside our existing ITSM platform?
In most cases yes. We integrate with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, and similar platforms through their APIs, so your platform stays the system of record. Where an API is limited we work alongside it with an event queue rather than forcing a migration.
